Refund Conditions

Grounds for compensation

We guarantee a refund of the paid amount (in full or in part) upon the occurrence of the following circumstances:

  • Discrepancy with the declared program: If the actual content or quality of the course materials differs significantly from the information presented on the site at the time of purchase.
  • Service failures: In the event of critical errors on the Metr Viz platform that make the learning process impossible and are not eliminated by our technical team within a reasonable time.
  • Refusal within 14 days: If you change your mind about taking the training within two weeks after payment, provided that you have not started active study of the content (see the "Limitations" section).

How to submit a refund request

To arrange a refund, you must perform the following actions:

  1. Write a request to our official email address: [email protected].
  2. In the "Subject" field specify: "Application for refund".
  3. In the text of the message, be sure to indicate your full name, contact email (specified during registration), and the name of the purchased product.
  4. Describe in detail the reason for refusing the service, referring to the relevant points of the refund rules.
  5. After receiving the application, our specialists will review it and send you a response with further instructions.

Payment procedure and terms

In case of a positive decision on your application, the transfer of funds will be carried out within 7–14 business days. The refund is made strictly to the same details (bank card or account) from which the payment was made. Please note that the speed of crediting money to the account depends on the regulations of your bank.

When a refund is impossible

We are forced to refuse a refund in the following cases:

  • More than 14 calendar days have passed since the payment was made.
  • Progress in the course exceeds 50% (materials were viewed or downloaded), regardless of the purchase date.
  • Problems with access to training are caused by technical problems on the user's side (poor internet, outdated software, or device problems).
  • The rules of the platform's User Agreement were violated.

Update of terms

The Metr Viz administration has the right to make amendments to this Refund Policy. The new edition of the document comes into force from the moment of publication on the site. By continuing to use our services, you confirm your agreement with the current terms.
